| ShiftBuilder may
be returned within 30 days if you are dissatisfied with the product.
Jivasoft does not warrant that ShiftBuilder will find a schedule
that meets all of your goals. However, if you decide that ShiftBuilder
has not met your expectations, you may return the original CD,
documentation and a signed statement on letterhead that you have
de-installed the software and no longer have any copies of it
and Jivasoft will refund your purchase price, not including any
shipping charges that may have been incurred.
On Duty may be used free for up to 90 days as a trial of the
software. Once the software has been purchased and a registration
code has been issued, no refunds will be given.
